TYAD Media Corp (TM Corp) is the newly formed multi-media parent company of TYAD Music Group (TMG); TYAD Pictures - Film Company/Movie Studios; Thrive Productions - Production Company; TM Total Events - Concert Promotions/Events/Merchandise; TM Corp Distribution - Multi-Media Distribution Company, and TYADvertising - Corporate Advertising. The 22 member advisory board for TM Corp will now assist TM Corp's CEO with the overall direction of it's companies.

On the evening of Monday, April 16, 2007, at Glendale's Hilton Hotel, Councilman Dave Weaver and TYAD Music Group (TMG) hosted a star-studded event in celebration of Dave Weaver's re-election victory and the arrival of this major record label to Glendale.
